1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup sugar
Preheat oven to 350*. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients; mix well. Press evenly in the bottom and up the sides of a springform pan. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
3 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese (softened)
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 325*. Using a electric mixer, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Pour batter into prepared crust. Bake at 325* for 40 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Top cheesecake with caramel layer and then sprinkle with chopped candy bar, pecans and chocolate morsels.
3 Tbsp. milk
Melt caramels with milk in microwave on medium powder until smooth.
