This massage cream contains the potent black pepper essential oil. This oil has a spicy and warm aroma that is both stimulating and empowering. Combined with rosemary, the fatigue-busting herb, this massage cream will alleviate muscle pain as you recover from the rigor of exercise.
- 2oz Coconut oil
- 1oz Hazelnut oil
- ½ oz beeswax
- ½ oz Shea Butter
- 2 1/2oz mineral water
- 1 ½ tsp rosemary essential oil
- ½ tsp black pepper essential oil
In a stainless-steel saucepan, melt the Shea butter and beeswax with the Coconut and Hazelnut oils over low heat. Mix in the mineral water with a wooden spoon until mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and keep stirring. When the mixture gets to room temperature, stir in the essential oils.
Keep shaking cream until the mixture is cooled completely. This will ensure that the oil and water do not separate.
Use a dark jar or store jar in a dark place to protect the essential oils from light.
