- 4 ears of corn with husks
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- Juice and zest from 1 fresh lime
Pull corn husks down just far enough to clean off corn silk. Cover corn back with husks once cleaned.
Soak ears of corn in husks in water for 30 minutes. Pull back husks on corn.
Get a grill marking pan hot. Leaving husks on, place corn in hot pan.
Fry about 10 minutes turning to char on all sides. In a bowl, combine melted butter, lime juice and zest. Mix well.
Drizzle on fried corn. (Corn can be cooked on a grill also.)
