Jams & Preserves are not just for toast anymore! Dress up a plain cheesecake, either store brought or homemade, Jam. Give it a try and be pleasantly surprised!
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl combine all 3 ingredients; mix well. Press evenly in the bottom and up the sides of a spring form pan. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 3 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese (softened)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Using a electric mixer, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour batter into prepared crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Top cheesecake with Back Roads Country brand “Wild About Blueberry” jam.
