Girls vs Women

Whats in this story

Damaged Hair. Hair Loss. Stunted Growth. Sounds like a broken record but millions of women across the globe suffer from this every day.  I was once a victim myself until I decided enough was enough.  We’ve all heard this before – The definition of being insane – doing the same things over and over and expecting different results.

I decide I needed to change, mix things up a little, get to the so called “root” of the problem. So I started thinking  things through and did some internal analyzing and retrospection.  What was I doing to cause my thick, long childhood ponytails to become so thin, short, and lifeless?  Where was my money going on all of these expensive products and services that was supposed to grow my hair but, instead, left my hair more and more fragile?

The answers were all around me, but I couldn’t see it. It was almost like I was programmed to look at things a certain way.  Conditioned by marketing schemes, false advertisement and tradition.  So I started to implement a simple third grade strategy, compare and contrast.Girls vs. Women.

Most little girls have hair that is full of life and their maintenance usually consists of moisturizers, a brush and comb, and ponytails.  Then on the other hand, many women use anti-breakage this and that, expensive heat tools, top of the line hairsprays, growing oils, and visit top salons and still can’t achieve the hair they once had as a little girl.  This puzzled me.

So as I researched further I begin to see the big picture.  In a nutshell, hair is nothing more than a dead cell growing out of our bodies.  These dead cells are genetically inclined to formulate different textures according to our genes and makeup.  When you transform it from its natural state, using chemicals of course, you have to break down the already dead cells to make it do what you prefer, weakening the little strength it is only gaining from the nutrients your body intakes.  No matter how many anti-breakage remedies, growing herbs, and top of the line chemical products you use, your hair will continue to be the damage sponge you relentlessly care for each time you apply a chemical treatment.

Showing your hair some real love is simple and it will definitely thank you in return with natural growth and health.  Less is best, and little girls are the prime example to this.  So as a woman, your hair needs tender loving care.  Using only pure natural ingredients, along with less maintenance and simple styles will save you a lot of money over time and in turn leave you with a head full of hair.
